Celebrate Black History Month

This year's Black History Month theme, African Americans and Labor, highlights and celebrates the significant contributions of African Americans in all occupations and public service while acknowledging their past struggles.

If you have any books you loved about Black History or influential Black Americans to share, consider leaving it in the Lil August Library for someone else to read and learn!

We will also have bookmarks available throughout the month that have information on different and influential Black Americans.
